The mission of Emic Cultural Consultants Collective (EC³) is to promote and empower individuals and organizations through education, mentorship, and trainings in cultural humility, respect, and leadership. As a collaborative community of diverse professionals living all throughout the United States, we provide a safe space to increase awareness on issues related to race, ethnicity, equality and identity. We create and foster complex and diverse conversations on race, culture, and ethnicity including critical self-reflection, growth, change, and advocacy.Our vision is to challenge internal and external biases that promote discrimination, negatively influence judgement, stimulate disenfranchisement of others, and negate the opportunities for the development of our human collective.We believe in the power of collective change in the face of dysfunctional systems.
