Emily Kopp lives in the Netherlands, where she provides coverage of news and culture to international media, including National Public Radio, BBC/WGBH's The World and Time Out Amsterdam. She was the Atlanta Press Club's 2006 Radio Journalist of the Year. She recently spent a year examining U.S. trade policy and politics on Capitol Hill as part of an American Political Science Association-funded fellowship program for journalists. Previously, she reported and produced news for Georgia Public Broadcasting in Atlanta. During that time, she also wrote stories for the Fulton County Daily Report, the daily newspaper for Atlanta's legal community. She holds degrees from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in New York and Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut.
