The Emirates Short Film Festival or ESFF is now on its 7th year. It all began in 2013, when several Emirates Airline Group staff led by Ronald Awa, decided to pursue their passion in short film making – that in creating an avenue to showcase their skills and talent, they likewise gave birth to a platform for healthy and constructive competition.Within a span of seven years, ESFF has grown into a much-awaited event for some of the most promising and extremely talented amateur and professional short film makers from the UAE, the region and beyond to showcase their craft and masterpiece to the ever-growing ESFF audience.Through the assistance and support of its valuable partners - Emirates Airline and the Emirates Group Photography Club, ESFF has indeed come a long way. Looking ahead, ESFF promises to be even bigger and better in the years to come.
