When we say holistic, we mean more healthy, creative, collaborative, innovative, participatory and sustainable work.Our job is "Beziehungsbildung" - a German word describing the art of cultivating connection.We believe that the ability to cultivate meaningful connections and strong collaborations is one of the key capabilities needed in order to navigate in our complex world.We offer process facilitation, leadership trainings and transformation guidance. We work with questions like:- How to address a conflict in your team?- How to have better meetings?- How to create a healthy and balanced organization?Working with Emotional is different. Emotional was founded by Anna and Michael - two young and idealistic entrepreneurs who believe in changing work for the better. Michael is an experienced entrepreneur and innovation designer. Anna is a certified coach and yoga teacher. Together they draw knowledge and methodology from various backgrounds and are at the forefront of modern organizational development.
