Matthew is an Empath who discovered his abilities as a young teenager, however did not begin learning and growing his abilities until his mid 20's.The Empathic Phoenix aims to provide a place for people to feel accepted no matter what belief path they follow. At the current time, there is no physical location, however the prospect for a new location is being evaluated and should come to fruition in the near future.
