VENTURE GROUP and WESCO ESPORTS has join together as a new holding company, to build a World E-sports Center in Haikou, province of Hainan. Now both companies will create the Holding Company called ‘Empire E-sports Entertainment Management (Haikou) Co., Ltd'Empire Esports Management Hainan Ltd. Will be responsible for investment and real estate, as well as the operation of the project in heavy assets and real estate (purchase of real estate, building venues and supporting facilities, commercial investment, etc.).Also the new founded Company will be responsible for the operation of e-sports industry, the establishment and operation of E- sports University, E-sports events, E-sports venues, E-sports events, and the operation of the whole project in the industrial part.Mr.Daniel Cossi, president of WESCO and president of the esports division of VENTURE-WESCO World E-sports Center (Hainan) Urban Complex, has joined ‘Empire Esports Management Hainan, Ltd.' as one of shareholder, together with Mr. Xu from Venture Group.
