In response to the high need for jobs in India, Employment Consultants was founded in the year 2021.It was apparent that HR departments' own resources were insufficient and traditional recruitment methods utilized by agencies were failing to meet demand. The first initiative that we launched was for the recruitment of fresher applicants and individuals who lost their positions because of Covid-19.During this time, we employed "ambassadors" who advertise the employment opportunities at colleges and local marketplaces.The next step was to change the procedure so that it could be completed entirely remotely. As a result of our collaboration with remote recruiters, Employment Consultants began to function on the basis of crowd staffing. We immediately discovered that this was the most successful technique of recruiting.We already have over fifty skilled recruiters working remotely and recruiting throughout the globe and our network is still expanding.
