The Empower Cuba Foundation finds, cultivates and funds tech entrepreneurs in order to empower the Cuban people to create a more prosperous future and build a relationship of mutual benefit between the US and Cuba. We envision a day when Cubans are empowered with the skills and opportunities to create a successful future for themselves; where people can connect freely and say, think or do what they want online and off; and a day when civil society is ignited to build a true democracy and economy that works for all.
