Natalie Uyeno is the owner and occupational therapist for Empower Health Partners. Natalie is a registered and licensed occupational therapist in Colorado. She received her Master's in Occupational Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2011. Since then, she has had a vast amount of experience in several different practice areas, including: in-patient rehab, acute care/ICU, outpatient, and most recently, home-health. As a practicing occupational therapist for the last seven years, Natalie's passion has always been to provide exceptional client-centered care, maximize functional independence, and enhance each client's quality of life. Natalie offers extensive background in treating clients with a neurological deficit, as well as cognitive deficits and low vision. She is a Certified Dementia Care Specialist (CDCS), a Car-fit technician, Driving Rehabilitation Specialist, and has had significant training in the LSVT-BIG approach for Parkinson's Disease. Empower Health Partners provides occupational therapy for patients who often fall into a gap in our health system who are NOT home bound but yet still run into challenges with their day to day activities in the community.
