OUR Purpose When problems occur that are the result of poor managerial practices, the outcome is visible but the cause may not always be so easy to identify. Issues such as lawsuits, employee turnover, and poor customer service are some of the outcomes of businesses not being able to identify and address these problems. Empowering Foundations was founded with the purpose of helping the entry-level & frontline managers of various sales based industries learn the fundamental skillsets needed to succeed in their roles. Our intention is to assist our clients in their battle of increasing profit margins by focusing on employee contentment and customer satisfaction. OUR Training Empowering Foundations is designed around the concept of general management ideologies as a performance improvement treatment to businesses in need of a stronger managerial presence. The training model of Empowering Foundations is different because we incorporate into training what has been missing for as long as professional training has existed; INTERACTION!!! The block of instructions that has been developed are designed in a way that management teams are able to engage one another in a guided direction per topic which allows them to learn new concepts while pulling from their experiences as well. One time seminars, guest speakers, and teaching techniques that don't include a form of follow-up are all forms of training that can't be measured which means businesses are not able to rely on them if the purpose is truly to achieve substantial growth. Because of this, we have adopted the philosophy of businesses having their own trainer on site. It is our goal to help our partners make a permanent culture change within their organization.
