The Mechanical Company of Steel Transformation (EMTA), is a Cuban state entity belonging to the Group of the Sideromecánica (GESIME) of the Ministry of Industries of Cuba, dedicated to the transformation of steel for works and objects of infrastructure.It was incorporated in 2014 as the grouping of several factories with similar interests, with extensive experience in the industrial sector and construction from steel as a principal material element, experience that has accumulated for more than 80 years.
