EmyMac is a bespoke food business based on the philosophy that homemade and handmade is best.It was established in Western Australia in 2015 by passionate home-cook and mum of two, Emma McGann.Taking her inspiration from traditional family meals and recipes created from fresh, seasonal produce, Emma's food is simple, satisfying and loaded with taste.In today's world of pre-packaged meals and fast food, Emma's food is striking a chord with those who want old-fashioned dishes, deserts and condiments created with plenty of love and plenty of flavour.EmyMac has evolved from creating gourmet preserves and relishes and catering with a twist, to supplying selected Tutti Frutti outlets with mouthwatering additions for their frozen yoghurt.Now the EmyMac commercial kitchen has launched its first retail product.The quirky and fun, Buckets of Dough, are take-home tubs of mouthwatering, bite-sized cubes of edible cookie dough.The delicious morsels can be enjoyed as a sweet treat or used to add a flavour and texture boost to cakes and deserts.Buckets of Dough are available at selected Tutti Frutti outlets and gourmet grocery stores.Wholesale and retail inquiries to emymac@mail.com
