We are on a mission to improve the health of older adults, especially those with chronic medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, or who are at risk of falls. Our goal is to keep those aged 65+ healthy, happy, and at home.We offer patients and their families health monitoring solutions that are designed to be senior friendly and 'low tech' with vitals monitors that automatically connect and share health information with designated loved ones, helpers, and providers. We offer an additional service that alerts providers and family members if there is an abnormal reading while contacting the patient to ensure that seniors are always monitored for any problems. 24/7 provider help is also available.Many services are covered through Medicare for just a small copay, and we can work with patients and families to figure out the best solution for their needs in the most cost efficient manner possible. Our goal is to help improve the lives of older adults and the people who care for them.
