Enchanted Mountain Spirits, a small farm distillery located in Jamestown, NY, a passion for high quality spirits, and hope to share that passion with you by producing spirits of unrivaled quality. Enchanted Mountain Spirits will produce Knockboy Vodka and Knockboy Poteen (said puh –cheen or poh -teen). Our spirits are based on the O'Neill family recipe, which is over two centuries old. Each batch is crafted in custom made traditional copper pot stills using only the middle of the run. What makes us different is our recipe and how we maintain the tradition of O'Neill style distilling. We use local organic late harvest potatoes to produce a more favorable spirit. Together with locally sourced molasses and honey lets everyone sample the flora our part of New York. We at Enchanted Mountain Spirits believe everyone can be family.
