ENCLAVE O'Hare is a public-private economic development partnership among (1) Municipality of Elk Grove Village, Illinois, (2) Elk Grove Village Bank & Trust, a Wintrust Community Bank, and (3) ENCLAVE for Entrepreneurs Foundation Inc.To (1) improve judgment, (2) strengthen relationships, and (3) maximize overall performance, ENCLAVE O'Hare offers individual entrepreneurs, and their principal influencers, illuminating and actionable psychological insights for venture-relevant self-reflection, self-awareness, and self-optimization.
