These specialty programs are designed to reduce re-hospitalizations, manage chronic conditions, and prevent additional complications such as wounds.Additionally,-We have a Social Work branch of our company that allows us to take a deeper dive into the residents we serve and ensure every individuals needs are met.-All of our therapists are Dementia Care Certified allowing us to capitalize on missed opportunities with these residents who need our care as much as anyone.
