Encore Telecom is a Wholesale Long Distance Company. HQ is in Toronto, Canada, with operations based in Romania. Encore operates its network on a "carrier-grade" Digitalk platform utilizing advanced routing software. Encore is owned by Wayne Silver, a Professional Engineer with 30+ years of experience. Wayne's integrity and track-record are respected through-out the Industry and he is known worldwide for the two successful Companies he was instrumental in building into large independent voice carriers. In 1994 -2010 he co-founded Phonetime and was its CEO/President. Phonetime has grown into one of the most respected Independent Carriers and his legacy there continue with the core team of people that once worked for him. From 2010 -2013 he worked with the Carrier group at Nobel in Romania, where he lead the Business/Brand Development and trained/mentored their Staff. The Encore Team is a dynamic mix of Industry veterans and aggressive new talent. Our EMEA office and trading desk is based in Bucharest, Romania. @DragosNecula is our Senior VP of Sales. After nearly a decade working with Nobel, Dragos brought his expertise to Encore to help build our team in Europe. He is considered one of the foremost experts in the Middle East market and will help Encore establish strong relationships through out the Region. The NOC and trading desk for Encore is co-located in Romania at WPG - World Phoning Group. WPG is a multi-linual Call Center with nearly 100 staff run by our G.M. Robert Spekman.
