Our objective is to provide expert consulting to Medicaid Managed Care Organizations, Medicare Advantage Organizations, and Medicare Medicaid Plans. Our consulting is focused on the area of Encounter Data Management, specifically helping plans to build the capabilities that will allow them to achieve full encounter contract compliance and to improve premiums by having complete and accurate data submitted to their partner agencies.Encounter Data and Revenue Specialists have developed an Encounter Management Operating Model. This model provides the basis for our engagements.
