Endo-Maps is an indoor navigation system for large areas. Our mission is to create an application that will allow users to navigate seamlessly from point ‘A’ to point ‘B’ in any closed space, avoiding the need to ask people for directions and feeling lost in an unfamiliar environment. Currently, there isn’t an efficient system that allows users to receive directions in enclosed spaces. Endo-Maps fills the gap left by other tech giants providing a user-friendly platform for indoor navigation. Our plan is to initially launch at large schools and universities. Students can relate to getting lost, especially when they are new on campus. Our application will allow students, staff and guests to find classrooms and lecture halls with ease. Once we have established ourselves in the student market, we will expand to areas like malls, airports and hospitals. Endo-Maps will be the go-to application when entering a closed space. Our team consists mainly of students studying at Queen Mary University of London, a Russell Group institution. We are combining our different skills ranging from Computer Science to Business and Law which allow us to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions for the challenges we face.
