Lim – President and CEOMr. Lim is a pioneer proponent of Airlines Employees Cooperative, the company behind Asian Spirit. His initial real estate dealings originate from family dealings as landowner. The Lim Family was the landowner partner of Filinvest Corporation for Mission Hills in Rizal. Currently, he is also the landowner-partner of Prestige Developers Inc. and Urban Eco-Living for Zen Residences in Rizal as well.
