Energiauktion.dk is a joint venture between Norenergi and Partisia Market Design. The company designs and implements internet based auctions related to energy procurement in order to push and support competition and transparency in the retail markets. The entire procurement solution is based on Partisia's "Auction-as-a-Service" technology which is based on cost effective cloud computing without compromising security.So far, two auctions have been launched: Power Procurement which simplifies professional procurement of electricity. Energy Saving Auction which simplifies the auctioning of energy savings to energy companies who are obliged to support energy savings (as part of the Danish energy regulation).Power Procurement is an automated end-to-end electricity broker tailored for small and medium sized companies. The solution simplifies the procurement and bidding process as well as managing consumption data, auctions and resulting contracts for both buyers and sellers. Since spring 2014 the Datahub at energinet.dk (the Danish System Transmission Operator TSO) contains the required 12 months of historical electricity consumption for all power meters in Denmark. Energiauktion.dk take full use of this ideal data source and make it even simpler and faster to run professional electricity procurement.The Energy Saving Auction is an automated end-to-end broker tailored for trading energy savings in Denmark. The solution supports the registration of energy saving projects and bidding process as well as projects, auctions and resulting contracts for both buyers and sellers.
