ENERGOPROJECT is a company specialized in planning, designing and building Passive Houses and Zero Energy Houses complying with Passive house standard and sustainable development concept . A Passive House is a super insulated, virtually air-tight building that is primarily heated by passive solar gain and by internal gains from people, electrical equipment, etc. Energy losses are minimized. Any remaining heat demand is provided by an extremely small source. The result is an impressive system that not only saves up to 90% of space heating costs, but also provides an excellent indoor air quality. A Zero Energy house is a house with zero net energy consumption and zero carbon emissions. In practical terms this means that we will generate the same amount of energy onsite using renewable energy systems (in our case photovoltaic and wind power ) as that which we import from the grid (electricity will be the only imported energy source used in our house)
