Personal Training working with t.v personalities, sports coaching and rehabilitation in injury, I also teach a wide range of fitness classes from circuit training for beginers to hardcore circuit training for the elite, indoor spinning classes (indoor cycling), Martial atrs training and holistic Tai chi.I am also the founder and owner of Go Commando Bootcamps which is a health and fitness day or weekend training coures which provide outdoor and indoor fitness training for those of you who want something diffrent in thier fitness progam.I also am the founder of the S.T.O.M.P. fitness program and dvd, this is a workout program for those of you who wish to train hard, consisting of a number of training drills working on your maximum heart rate, this is not for the fain hearted.
