The Energy for Life Walk is an annual event to raise awareness, raise money for research toward a cure, and support those who are affected by mitochondrial disease.The 3rd annual Energy for Life Walk - Central Texas will be held early Sunday afternoon, October 19, 2014 at Old Settlers Park in Round Rock, Texas. The Energy for Life Walk, benefiting the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation (UMDF), raises awareness concerning mitochondrial disease and provides funding for research projects, patient and family support, and education and information to families.
