Energy Portfolios Manager Limited is an indigenous Oil and Gas Service company providing services along the following lines:- Promoting proved and Undeveloped Discoveries: we promote the value of those our untapped petroleum resources which have been lying fallow. We introduce these opportunities to Independent operators and Investors willing to enter into the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry by means of the License rounds, negotiating Farm-in/Farm-out agreements with Current operators and promote potentials existing among the Marginal Fields in the country. The process also goes through the full phases of acquisition including data room visits, oil and gas asset evaluations, production sharing contracts negotiations and investment decisions.- Provide Advisory Service: we offer advisory services for both old and new entrants into the Oil and Gas industry on various levels, from outlining and accessing necessary policy information and providing solutions from our wealth of experience in the industry to tackle any questions or queries about operations to providing technical advisory support as in the case of Oil and Gas asset evaluations and other related matters.- Project Management: We have managed Oil and Gas projects for indigenous operators who do not have the technical know-how for such operation until they've been able to set up properly to manage their own operations.- Midstream Opportunities: In addition to promoting discoveries and giving advisory services, we outline and promote opportunities existing in the up and midstream portions of the industry.- EPM provides statutory and regulatory advice to Operating oil, gas and energy firms in the Abuja area and keep liaison with the NNPC, Office of the Presidential Adviser on Petroleum, Ministry of Petroleum, Gas Aggregator Company of Nigeria, the National Assembly and the Nigerian Sao Tome & Principe Joint Development Authority on behalf of our clients.
