ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM, SL, is a company created in 2003, formed by team of people with wide experience in supply and service Thermal Power Plants, manufacturing of any type of metal structures, and also specialized in assemblying, revision and supervision, as well as demolition and rehabilitation of the same. ERS is certified with the ISO9001-2015 and EN1090-1 for the CE marking for steel structures.Among its activities related to Thermal Power Plants and more specifically to regenerative air and gas preheaters, E.R.S. has signed contracts in more than 15 countries and is certified with the largest companies dedicated to power generation in the world.This experience is complemented in our production facilities in Spain by the air preheater element (Enamelled and not enamelled) and basket manufacturing machinery. This is a computerized equipment, automated, and continuous in its operational capability.All personnel in our plant are also vastly experienced over many years in the manufacturing of Air Preheater and Gas-Gas Reheater Elements & Baskets industry.The enamelling of elements for Cold Ends and Gas-Gas Reheaters is achieved by the application of powder through dry electrostatic means, which gives a homogeneous and very satisfactory coverage, including the important edge coverage. This is done in our state of the art enamelling facility, in which all enamelling parameters are controlled automatically.E.R.S. complies strictly with the specifications given by the customer. Moreover, E.R.S. has achieved the status of compliance with ISO-9001:2000 and EN1090 in their production of air heater elements and baskets and structures.In addition to the above, ERS can manufacture any type of spare parts for Air heaters, like seals (circumferential, radial, axial etc.), pinion racks, pins, etc.We also manufacture general steelwork, like protections, ducts, etc.
