Energy Technical Underwriters is an underwriting division of Swett and Crawford of Texas. ETU compliments the upstream facilities of Swett & Crawford's Energy Practice Group (J. H. Blades, Swett & Crawford – Dallas,) by offering coverage for property, inland marine and boiler and machinery for small to mid-size chemical, oil and gas related risks. ETU underwriters are well-versed in this specialized field. They are equipped to determine the underwriting information needed via physical inspections or telephone surveys. Supplemental applications are also available to assist agents in gathering necessary information to expedite rapid turnaround of quotes.
