A mobile app designed to pre-qualify home buyers for the Energy Efficiency Mortgage add-on. The app will be free and easy enough for a homeowner to operate, but may also be used by a home inspector. 6 steps in total, about 20 min. The app will provide information to both the home buyer and loan officer as to whether the house is a good candidate for and how much money can be spent on the EEM to qualify. If they proceed, Energylink will provide auditing support to complete the transaction.
