Engage Care Partners LLC has been established to bridge the gap for expanding respite and other needed non-medical, home care services to those impacted by Parkinson's and Dementia. Engage Care Partners offers four distinct services: Long Term Care Plan Consulting and Navigation, Home Safety Assessments, Creative Services for Legacy Materials (Life Books for Dementia) and a Respite Care Program. The Engage Respite Program is an activity-based, person-centered program that is tailored to the participant with proven, research-based, mental, physical and social stimulation activities. Caregivers can leave their loved ones confidently knowing that they are engaged with a partner that will ensure safety and appropriate stimulation to make for happier and more healthy days. The Respite Program is offered in two and four hour packages within the home setting to the Greater Birmingham and Shelby County areas of Alabama. Home safety assessments are also available in this service area. Long Term Care Plan Consulting as well as Life Books can be offered throughout the nation through digital networking. Brooklyn also utilizes her creative services to help families document stories of faith and legacy through life books, memoirs and other creative services.At Engage Care Partners - we believe all seniors are Children and God and deserve to be treated with dignity.
