ENGAGE is a voluntary non-profit social organization in Denmark.The overall purpose of ENGAGE is to create a strong foundation for the African Diaspora youth to lead productive lives in the Nordics, as they are deliberately prepared to play meaningful leadership roles in Africa in various spheres of life.Long-term objectives:1. To reverse the brain drain from Africa by creating conditions for African Diaspora youth to return to their countries to develop them (Brain Drain to Brain Gain)2. To contribute to the plugging of leadership capacity gaps in Africa by developing a critical mass of African youth with global leadership skills in different fields.3. Through establishment of development and economic empowerment projects in Africa, to reduce the compulsion for migration to Europe.4. To directly develop Africa by establishing and fundraising for critical Development projects in Africa.
