By understanding how structures are actually assembled in the field, we are able to provide simplified designs that trades will be able to easily and cost effectively build.We offer Structural Engineering design services, Architectural design Services, or a combination of both. If you already have an Architect or Engineer you prefer to use, no worries, we can help with any aspect of the design process. In addition to our design services, we also provide a number of Construction Administration / Project Management services.Our moto is efficient solutions delivered quickly. ENGenious LLC is committed to working with our clients to ensure that we understand their unique project needs and that our team recognizes the design requirements for all aspects of the project. We know that identifying the client's goals, as well as knowing the regulatory constraints and constructability of a project are the most important steps in performing a successful project.
