We harness the problem-solving approach and creative pragmatism of the Canadian engineering sector to address the root causes of poverty in rural AfricaEWB Toronto is the way for people who have graduated from university to get involved or stay involved in EWB total spectrum of activities. We envision a Toronto community that has the knowledge and is empowered to make informed decisions that will ultimately help to achieve an impact in humanizing and eradicating extreme poverty. We want to empower social entrepreneurs to take action, foster awareness in the Toronto community of the realities of global extreme poverty, and create connections between Canadians and African.
