ENGLAND PRESERVES' founders, Sky Cracknell and Kai Knutsen, began the business in 2001, crafting high quality jams on their kitchen hob for local farmers' markets. We make all our preserves with the traditional domestic kitchen in mind, cooking our locally-sourced fruit gently to retain its flavour and colour for brighter, bolder jams. Our artisan jams have found their way to premium retailers' shelves and gourmet restaurant menus. We still make our jams by hand in Bermondsey, lovingly crafting the perfect collection of conserves.
