Metals/Mining - Vancouver, BC, US
EnGold Mines Ltd.is a Vancouver based gold, copper and silver exploration company (TSX Venture Exchange: EGM) focused exclusively on its 100% owned, 18,275 hectare (45,158 acres) Lac La Hache Property in the Cariboo region of BC. The property covers a large porphyry-copper-style mineralizing system in a region known for world-class porphyry deposits. Access and infrastructure is excellent. New DiscoveryEnGold recently announced a significant new copper-gold-silver discovery on the property, which is in addition to the high-grade gold-copper Aurizon Gold Zone that EnGold has been exploring in recent drilling campaigns. The new discovery drill hole, announced March 1, 2017, targeted a gravity geophysical anomaly and yielded 1.76% copper, 0.27 grams per tonne ("g/t") gold, 10.29 g/t silver & 35.8% iron over 26.57 meters ("m") within a skarned, stratabound, flat-lying unit. The geophysical anomaly is 1km X 1.4km and as such management believes the early results could signify mineralization with considerable size potential. At the Aurizon Gold Zone, 5 km to the southeast, a 2016 drill hole intersected 3.05 m grading 18.54 g/t gold, 37.96 g/t silver & 1.49% copper, including 0.9 m grading 57.8 g/t gold, 116 g/t silver & 2.99% copper within the Aurizon South hydrothermal breccia structure (open on strike and down dip).
