Enjoy with Gusto Restaurant & Hospitality Group was founded by restaurateur, Mick Gjevukaj with the opening of his flagship Easton, PA restaurant, River Grille, in 2003. Following the success of River Grille, OCEAN opened its doors on nearby Ferry Street in 2006. In 2008, Mick returned to his NJ roots and opened SoGo Hibachi in Denville, NJ. In July of 2017, THREE OAK Steakhouse, Mick's much anticipated 3rd Easton restaurant opened downtown next to the Easton Public Market on Northampton Street.Townley House, a sixteen-room boutique hotel is a hidden gem at the historic former Townley mansion in downtown Easton, conveniently located just a block or two from each of the three Enjoy with Gusto restaurants in town.
