Our work has focused on understanding the needs of different segments of our population and accompanying them in solving their demands both in the public and private spheres. Enlace Urbano was born out of a common concern: The explosive increase in informal settlements, one of the most resounding and eloquent manifestations of multi-scale poverty and inequality in Chile and Latin America. Through our methodology we seek to make visible, transform and promote local communities, making them active participants in the changes.
