Enovo Energy is a financial and new market development advisory firm, whose mission is to accelerate investments in energy efficiency projects in order to reduce energy consumption as a means to combat climate change, create sustainable American jobs, increase our national energy security and stimulate local economies.Our focus is on indoor pools owners, commercial & industrial building owners, and not for profit organizations. Enovo Energy provides the expertise to identify and structure off-balance sheet energy efficiency financing solutions. These programs are designed to provide building owners with cost-effective alternatives to using their own capital for the purchase and installation of energy efficiency improvements.Enovo Energy identifies new market strategies by leveraging relationships and developing strategic partnerships in order to identify energy projects with financial institutions and private equity investors.We currently represent approximately $400M of institutional funds available for energy efficiency investments. We are looking for opportunities that meet the following minimum qualifications:- You own your building or a portfolio of buildings- Your building is at least 50,000 sq.ft (or at a portfolio level is greater than 250,000 sq.ft)- Your current mechanical and electrical systems are more than 10 yrs old- You have a capital need - You want a third party to make the investment and take the risk (capital, savings and performance)- You want some level of stability over your utility expensesContact Scott Clark at sclark@enovoenergy.com for a preliminary qualification conversation.
