At Enviro-Aire, we are experts in the routine testing, adjusting, and balancing of air systems. Our testing contracts can include, but are not limited to) the testing and balancing of HVAC constant and variable volume systems, multi-zone systems, induction unit systems, dual-duct systems, energy recovery systems, laboratory and bio-safety systems, industrial systems, and commercial kitchen ventilation systems. Many HVAC Systems also include Hydronic (water) Systems to provide for the heating and/or cooling function of each installed system. Our Hydronic TAB Technicians ensure that each tested system is achieving the required water flow at each element of the system, and that system pressures required to maintain adequate water flow are at the optimum setting for the overall energy efficiency of the system.Enviro-Aire also provides compliance services such as Fire and Smoke Damper Validation and Testing, and Hospital Accreditation Testing for Annual Recertification. Hospitals are required to perform annual testing of critical areas such as operating rooms, patients' rooms, patient isolation rooms, and decontamination rooms to comply with the regulations of their certifying accreditation agency. Annual recertification testing usually consists of air testing and balancing of supply, return, and exhaust airflows for a particular critical room or area.Enviro-Aire also offers commissioning and retro-commisioning support and services. Our retro-commissioning team identifies the conditions of the systems of existing structures and seeks to uncover problems and document inefficiencies, as well as identify energy-saving and opportunities for improvement.We serve a variety of industries and structures including sports stadiums, hospitals and healthcare, education, retail, automotive and manufacturing, wastewater treatment plants and restaurants.
