We are the only distributors for Latin America of an Italian technology that uses the chemical process of slow pyrolysis to recycle every type of carbon-based waste. The "Slow Pyrolysis" provides the thermochemical decomposition of carbon-based materials, obtained by heat, at temperatures between 400 and 650°C, in lack of oxygen and with up to 25% R.H. of the input material. The products are syngas (gaseous fuel consisting mainly of hydrogen, carbon monoxide, and a mix of light hydrocarbons) and biochar (vegetable carbon). The syngas cooled and cleaned, is suitable for use in high-performance cogeneration units (CAE) to produce electrical and thermal energy to be sold. Slow pyrolysis plants are self-sustaining from an energetic point of view and do not produce pollutants. The low fraction of process residuals can be landfilled.
