Our History Established in 1987, EPAC Environmental Services, Inc. began as a partnership between friends in the South Florida area. By 1989, the firm had branched out from providing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments to providing a full range of environmental services along the east coast of the United States. EPAC's continual growth led to a wide range of services still offered today. These include mold and asbestos inspections/surveys; remedial investigations and feasibility studies; remedial engineering and design; surface and groundwater monitoring, testing and modeling; operations and maintenance compliance; storage tank compliance and management; environmental drilling and testing; oil spill contingency planning and cleanup; underground spill response and cleanup; and hazardous waste transportation and disposal. Our clients find they can rely on EPAC for accurate and thorough project completion, within budget, and on time. For over twenty years, our continued success can also be attributed to the large percentage of return clients.
