Unbroken Leadership is a program designed to help executives, coaches, teachers, and even parents become better leaders, by learning the fundamental principles of least-resistance horse training. Because horses are prey animals, they have an uncanny ability to read body language - in people as well as in other horses. In the wild their lives literally depend on being able to sense intent and react accordingly. As such, they also give immediate, authentic feedback, so in this program, you will learn immediately how different types of people are likely to respond to your "natural" management style, and learns ways to modify that style to be more effective with a variety of personalities.
