Although mostly known for catering, Epicurus can look after a range of event services. I purposefully set the company up in 1998 for it to be a, (although I dislike the phrase) ‘One Stop Shop' for clients organising events & parties. I wanted to create a company that was able to look after all - or some aspects of an event and not just the food.Our portfolio includes the following range of hospitality services;Catering - both Private & CorporateWe offer different styles of catering to suit all tastes and requirements. We provide; Canapés, Bowl Food, Finger Buffets, Knife & Fork Buffets, Fine Dining, Wedding Catering, Hog Roasts & BBQ's. Everything is produced in our purpose built industrial kitchen in North Shields, using local produce wherever possible.Party & Catering Equipment HireOur warehouse has a massive range of equipment for hire for all types of events. We have a full range of glasses, different types of crockery & cutlery, along with ovens, banquet carts, tables, chairs, hot cupboards, cooking equipment and high chairs.Event Organisation & ManagementToday's busy world has led both private and corporate clients to ask us to organise and manage all - or parts of their events as they just don't have time and recognise we have the expertise. Licensed Mobile Bars Epicurus can provide full licensed bars along with the necessary staff. We have a modular bar system that can be built into either 1 x 12ft bar or operate as 2 x 6ft bars. We can provide a complete range of beers, lagers, wines and spirits as well as some superb locally brewed real ales.Front of House Staff HireEpicurus has a huge database of waiting and bar staff. They not only work on our own events, but we also hire them out to both private and corporate clients. Private clients may be folk who need staff to serve tea and coffee at a wake at home or we have corporate clients who use us when they need a brigade of waiting staff for banquets.
