The table needs women at it. The almost pervasive male approach: hierarchical, win-lose, aggressive, and domination focused. These components are valuable tools in a leader's toolbox. But, given that men make up around 90% of leadership, and most men strictly use these tools, the leadership landscape is far, far out of balance. Women naturally bring a nurturing, collaboration, win-win, people focused approach. These components are desperately needed in leadership. The comparatively few women in leadership have often had to play the male game. How do women get into leadership and retain and use the tools of their natural approach? How can a woman who doesn't want to play the male game get into leadership?We are talking to women who have done it.
