I'm Galit. I'm a leadership coach that specializes in evolving Emotional Intelligence. My coaching style involves a coactive coaching approach, using a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Neurolinguistic Programing (NLP) techniques. As a third culture kid, who came from a multicultural household, I learned that I was constantly negotiating several cultures within me. As my cognitive and emotional awareness of my individual identity grew, so did my awareness of others. My multiculturalism provided me a trifocal lens to examine my relationship with others.
