Learning the correct form and working out with the right technique are given high priority. Each session is divided into the ratio of 15-35-10 for warmup, main workout and cool down. Sookshma vyayama, yoga postures, body weight workouts, pranayama and meditation are incorporated in each session.Group sessions -Practicing/Working out in a group gives you that extra motivation and support. Everyone shares their challenges, progress, small wins and inspire each other to do better. And most of all, one gets a sense of belonging, that they are not alone and that we are in this together.Holistic improvement - We understand that working out alone is not enough, monitoring other factors like diet, meal frequency, meal timing, water intake, stress levels and lifestyle corrections are also required. You will have an exclusive whatsapp group for every group batch to provide continuous mentoring and unlimited chat support for the same. Group members share updates of their day on the group and we make improvements on the go.Mind training - At Equilibrium - Mind and Yoga, we understand that conditioning only your body is not enough, nourishing and strengthening the mind is equally important. Along with the various techniques/postures for physical strength, we also focus on practices like pranayama, gratitude, affirmations, one-mindedness, awareness, cyclic meditation and deep relaxation in every session to calm the monkey mind. A relaxed mind will result in more concentration, focus and clarity, less stress and healthy body. Progress Trackers - We do not believe in focusing only on weight or BMI for progress. Weight/inch loss may take few weeks to show but the change in energy level and mood can be seen from the first session itself.
