Equiplite invented, designed and created many Synthetic ultra lightweight, stylish innovative products that propelled the company to the top of its industry. But the shift was not only a matter of product innovation. Innovation lies also in Equiplite`s innovative business models – new synergistic ways to create deliver, and capture value. Equiplite is well known for its innovations in Synthetic hardware, software, and services.Lourens, in his first year off Global Owner, put the entire company under one P&L, and combined the disparate functional departments of the business units into one functional organization.Sharing knowledge and collaboration (Open Science) are key words of EI-L Group today.Leiden University and University Delft, collaborate with Equiplite, `EI-L Group` as partners that have made their education accessible to one another's students, giving them more opportunity to deepen and broaden their studies in practice. Through our innovative and excellent research and education, they students contribute to understanding and solving the major and complex social issues of our time.The TEAM have deep expertise, immersion in details, and collaborative debate to create such innovations.
