Co-founded by Bridget Venus Grimes and Katie Burke, Equita empowers independent, women-led financial planning firms to provide outstanding service to their clients, achieve business success, and leverage a network that allows them to do their life's work without sacrificing what matters most.Together, we're committed to increasing the number of female-owned and -led financial planning firms in our industry and attracting more women to the field.
