EESE differs from the existing securities exchange environment in that it aims to:- Serve an under/unserved and largely unsophisticated investor base that seeks investment opportunities that meet their needs;- Provide for companies that require the ability to determine who the owners of their securities can be; and- Create a listing environment for traditional OTC counters which is appropriately regulated given the nature and size of these companies.The key client segment of EESE is Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment ("B-BBEE") special purpose vehicles ("SPVs").
