In December 2010, Grey Horse shareholders approved changing the corporate name from Grey Horse Corporation to Equity Financial Holdings Inc. ("Equity"). This change follows an announcement October 4, 2010 wherein the Corporation's wholly-owned trust company changed its name to Equity Financial Trust Company.\\Aligning the Corporation and its operating subsidiaries under the EQUITY brand better reflects the growing breadth of services and solutions that can be delivered to customers. Those services include transfer agent, corporate trust, corporate secretary, foreign exchange and upon approval of becoming a deposit taking institution, residential mortgage lending. In conjunction with this announcement, the Corporation's stock symbol on the TSX changes from GHC to EQI.\\Equity operates throughout Canada with offices in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto.
