The GRID, General Residential Interest and Destination, is the vernacular for the area of expertise of our agents and the area of interest for our customers. It is based on the distinctions of lifestyle choice as determined by the customers' socio-economic abilities and interests such as an on a budget deal, comfortably living in NYC, and the true luxury lifestyle. Additionally, the map of NYC is divided into a destination "grid" of Uptown, Midtown, and Downtown, as well as East and West. This assists our team in being able to collaborate with the client in finding or selling a home. *Our name Equus Residential was inspired by the Latin term Equus referring to the genus of animals in the family Equidae, including donkeys, horses and zebras. Equiens are social animals living in herds or bands much like the urban dwellers who feel at home in New York City.
